Refund policy

Exchanges
Certain products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund if they are in undamaged and un-used condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance products, this includes any product with a mark-down or discount applied.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Warranty 

FusionForm provides a two (2) year warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Customer-induced damage
  • Misuse, modification, or neglect

If a valid defect is identified within the warranty period, FusionForm will repair or replace the product at its discretion.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty is provided in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the packaging and/or item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take photographs of both the products and packaging to ensure we can thoroughly evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges
Please send us an email with your purchase invoice and the details of your exchange request. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you on the outcome. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
