Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days from receipt of purchase. While we endeavor to process and send orders at the quickest possible convenience, please allow up to 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours of placing your order - this means we have begun processing - we will follow up as soon as the order is sent out with tracking details.

In the case a delay occurs within the order processing and shipping stages you will be notified immediately.

FREE SHIPPING: Domestic orders over $250 receive free standard shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES: We currently use Australia Post for domestic and international post. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all standard orders and a fee of $20 applies to all express orders shipped within Australia (Refer to below image for delivery speeds).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: We strive to offer international postage to all countries, if your country is unable to be selected upon checkout please Contact Us.  Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (Refer to AusPost's Policy for country-specific delivery speeds).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FusionForm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, this is your responsibility as the customer. 

*US Orders are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and taxes are covered by the shipping cost at checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP: We understand the frustration that comes with delayed or extended shipping times. Alternative shipping or local collection can be arranged upon special request, please Contact Us to arrange this.
