This L-shaped, hook bracket is a direct replacement that mounts to the firewall and provides a locating guide for the insulated section of the throttle cable. It supports the outer sleeve of the cable, ensuring correct, aligned routing and reduces unwanted movement.
Commonly missing or damaged, this bracket is ideal for replacements or restorations.

Installation Guide
- Locate the fastener that connects the cowl to the firewall located to the right of the VIN plate.
- Remove this fastener and insert the throttle cable bracket then tighten the fastener until the bracket is secured in place.
- Carefully insert the throttle cable into the hooked end of the bracket.
