Features

  • 3D printed in engineering grade filament (TPU + Nylon-12)
  • Direct press-fit joint ensuring secure and tight fitment
  • Mounts using original fixing points

Specifications

The kit includes 12x components:

  • 2x Upper Radiator Bushings
  • 2x Upper Radiator Bushing Inserts
  • 2x Lower Radiator Bushings
  • 2x M6x30 Hex Screws
  • 2x 25x1.5mm Washers
  • 2x 16x1.5mm Washers

Installation Guide

Lower Bushings

  1. Locate the two circular mounting posts protruding from the underside of your radiator.
  2. Position the lower radiator bushings so that the flat, wider face is aligned with the mounting posts.
  3. Press down gently while sliding the bushings onto the posts until they are fully seated.

Upper Bushing + Fastening Components

  1. Press the rubber bushing into the slit-cut fixing bracket on the top side of the radiator, ensuring it is fully seated with its central hole aligned with the middle of the bracket.
  2. Insert the nylon upper sleeve through the central hole of the bushing.
  3. While lifting the radiator slightly, apply forward pressure to ensure it sits in the most forward and upward position.
  4. Insert the new or original fasteners with the associated washers on both sides before tightening. Gradually tighten both sides evenly to ensure true alignment - overtightening will cause the upper sleeve to be crushed.

DISCLAIMER:

The bushing components are 3D printed from Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU): it has a working temperature of -40°C to 95°C. Aluminum radiators have high thermal conductivity, while the parts have been successfully tested at extreme operating temperatures the bushings may be susceptible to deform or warp over time if exposed to excessive heat - worse case if the bushings let go the radiator will be held in positioned by the upper fasteners.
